The doll outfits are kinda overdone, but I enjoyed them! So many colors! I like the dance so far! It’s got the classic 5-member saggered formation but it also reminds me of SHINEE’s early days with the matching choreography! Ugh! So much nostalgia! As a fan of Michael Jackson, the way they incorporated the names of his songs into the lyrics was genius! It makes sense too! The whole “rap” section is my favorite section of the song. The lyrics are about how “dumb dumb” they act in front of the guy they like and I think it’s so cute! They seem really unique and I enjoy watching it over and over again! It’s soo catchy! The saxophone jazzy sound is one of my favorite sounds in the world! But their female voices make it so much better!
Then when they say “play me” a record is playing! I love it when music video directors do that! It’s so artistic! If you notice when they say”baby” a baby doll appears on the screen. Well you get the point 😅😂 the style was really similar to F(x) and now you all know what a huge F(x) fan I am now! 😁Īctually I changed my mind. However most you you guys are like me and didn’t bother to check out the lyrics first! Because that’s not really normal in the first place.Īll the props and pretty colors and the changing scenery were all so cool! It kind of reminded me of F(x)’s Hot Summer and Electric Shock and Pinocchio and. The whole dolls and mannequins concept makes sense when paired up with the lyrics. I do admit, at first it seems a bit creepy if you don’t listen to they lyrics.
